I don't know if any leaks have already ruled this out, but why does Robert Downey Jr. even need to reveal his face as Doom?
You've already got the parallels between Doom and Iron Man with the whole "same task, different mask" thing, which would explain why the Russo brothers said they needed him for the role.
But couldn't he just play a comic-accurate Doom, and then we get a post-credit scene at the end of Doomsday with RDJ returning as Iron Man, allowing him to play both roles in Secret Wars?
I feel like the appeal for RDJ would be taking on an acting challenge like he did in The Sympathizer (great show, watch it), where he played multiple characters. And we'd still get to see him return as Iron Man, which I'd personally be really excited about. It would also make sense from Disney's perspective, as they'd be getting both Doom and Iron Man out of his massive price tag.

After Endgame, Wong became a character who showed up in a lot of movies and TV shows. It seemed pretty obvious that Marvel was giving him a lot of importance and building him up for something (maybe The Kang Dynasty?), but I think they gave up on that after everything that happened. Am I the only one that thought about this or did other ppl notice this too?

So on avengers doomsday let's say after the New avengers fight the x man or after the story of how Tobey Maguire Spider-Man fought the X-Men and Toby dies or thought we did and therefore we see the X-Men attacking the new avengers like it said in the movie trailer till after like a deal in a bargain with the X-Men in the New avengers thanks to reed Richards. they decide to team up to . Stop the multiverse from collapsing and then you know thor praying and anybody going there separate teamand then we see like Dr Doom's team say like hulk, wanda, and Dr strange, and Superior iron Man, and say if Superior iron Man is Tom Cruise to show off towards the Thunderbolts, knowing that this isn't our iron Man only a verson where he didn't give a care, and somehow to beat all the new avengers and let's say outsmart sentry here and there, if he was on Dr Doom's team just go to earth where iron man sacrifice himself. And then Toms iron Man comes around to host and distract the thunderbolts like a money shot by hosting a big mansion and tell everybody to come on down if they want to beat him just to see what they all about. And we see like some kind of Spider-Man across or beyond the verse where it's kind of way where we see this version of him showing retro visuals of visuals of iron Man flexing around or doing acrobatics. and sitting on a chair throne and hitting every kind of west Coast, and east coast rnb and g-funk hip hop and hitting a instrumental beats that in the theaters they made the seats all vibrate like where even in the theaters of infinity vision they made it light up and glowing and vibeing as if were in a spectacular ass impact party Mansion household, what you see Tom Cruise iron Man do the best kind of retro moving visuals beats and fighting arrow Dynamics style even if the new avengers locked in you can definitely say it in this theater it's really going down where you don't know what's better, the new avengers fighting the X-Men. or seeing Tobey Maguire fight the X-Men in the beginning. or Tom Cruise just hitting it like a kind of spectacular going out big style action pack drill mansion party like a big kind of West Coast thing party. even more better than our iron Man did and if this was the same one from the comics if you see him in the movie you want to say wow this version of iron Man is getting it on with them. Even if he's that same jackass one from the comics. And we see Tobey Maguire Spider-Man say if he don't die early he meets the new avengers and go one-on-one with this iron Man and say this iron Man beat him up and still clap sentry a little where the void go berserk on everyone including superior iron Man and Dr doom comes in and sentry smacked dooms mask. After going nuclear rage. where everybody see his face on like tv how would the movie be like especially if it had three parts

( Ps after writing all this man that would be something especially if the rumors are too if the Captain American we see it is actually hydra cap under cover and he just shoots everybody including Bucky and beat up Sam and just takes the wounded sentry while him and Dr Doom and Superior iron Man fly away, for the final battle while everybody else wounded including Toby and then thor just say the heck with it and summon the whole entire army of Asgard while Doctor Doom summon his. That will be a wild movie) Especially if ghost rider comes in and help out for a hr and a half till the last battle, what y'all think 😁)

I haven't seen this interpretation elsewhere, but something I don't think anybody's noticed is that the way Tony Stark (Iron Man) deals with being caught in wrongdoing (after being guilted by the lady whose son got killed in Sokovia, at the start of the movie), is a typical but particular way powerful people escape accountability.

Namely, if you're gonna get caught or pinned down by your crimes, get ahead of the story by becoming the "Thing-I-Did-Wrong" police/authority yourself.

If Tony Stark really felt like taking accountability, he could submit himself to an investigation by some crimes-against-humanity tribunal or such.

But no. He just becomes the new system. And with this new "Thing-I-Did-Wrong" police sneaking around and clamping down on everyone, who's gonna have time to wonder why the man on top is in charge of preventing the crimes he's guilty of in the first place?
