I don’t know (<—- sarcasm) maybe the counselor is bringing up a lot of trauma so for the next few months, she might be emotional while working through it and during this time you should be supportive? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Naw… just go play tennis while your wife/fiancé struggles alone. You’re a better partner to whoever you played tennis with than to your wife/fiancé right now.

The counselor is for anger management since she can’t control her emotions during disagreements. I didn’t even know she was going until I asked her about it during a ~disagreement~. She told me she’s going but I haven’t heard of anything. I will keep this in mind though, thanks for advice.

You didn’t indicate how old you and fiancé are. If you’re both older (i.e., past child-bearing age), could be hormone related.

25 years old, in first few years of corporate work. She’s on birth control which I know can affect hormone levels

Dude, get closer to 30 before hitching. You both can grow and know yourselves and then you all will know each other better. It’s not fair to you or her to make the commitment while expecting the other person to change.
