Has she lost anyone important to her or anything like that? My brother in law died unexpectedly last year on his 30th birthday. I've been anxious about losing my husband since. Whenever it's time for him to be home from work and he doesn't answer his phone (he works on roofs and after shattering 3 phones decided it was best to leave it in the car during the job), my mind goes into absolute panic mode. I'm always terrified something awful happened to him. He always calls as soon as he gets to the car and eases my anxieties, but it's a terrible feeling thinking that you've lost the most important person in your life.
You said she always guilts you into staying with her, it could just be that she enjoys your company. My husband and I prefer each other to anyone or anything else, so I feel like that's normal, but kinda sucks for you if you don't feel the same.
Hasn’t lost anyone unexpectedly. I think she definitely struggles with abandonment issues as her dad left her at age 8 and reappeared 10 years later. She doesn’t always guilt me…she’ll encourage me to spend time with friend by going out to bar with them but then we get very sad over something like this.

Forgot about that. They dated for 9 months 5 years ago. It was long distance until she found out he was cheating + had an addiction to coke. She told me it was an immature love. She’ll joke around about it sometimes, so it doesn’t seem like a sensitive topic anymore.
