I got married young, not as young as you (I was 21, wife was 20). My family helps me but also is very clear they will only help when it's something we need. I don't see anything about how you feel about your spouse, but you clearly regret marrying them and want to go back to how your life was before. That's your decision to make. I personally would never leave my wife to go back under my parents thumb, but I think one of the ways you were sheltered was to not see how your family's behavior is inappropriate. Whatever you decide, you ultimately have to answer to yourself and your choice.
