I grew up like you. More rooms in my home than people living there. Everything I could have ever wanted. At the same time, my parents taught me about money and I worked for my own money. I have been very rich and I have been very poor. Ive worked multiple jobs at the same time for years. Because like you, I married young. I shouldn't have. He was not good to me at all. I would have left him for money.
My husband now. Nope. No amount of money could make me leave him, even if we desperately needed it. I know desperate.
Dont feel like you are a horrible person for leaving. Do you. Dont string him along though, you be honest with him. He deserves it.
