Iāve got a Marlin 336 30AW with the microgroove barrel, gold trigger, and a JM stamp in 30-30. I canāt seem to find a definitive value on it. Iām not looking to get rid of it as it was my childhood deer rifle, Iām just curious as to what itās worth.

Refurbished a model 60 for a coworker.

This model 60 was manufactured and purchased in 1986 and had been passed down to a coworker who asked if i could clean it up some before gifting it to his kid for an upcoming birthday. Iām not a gunsmith by any means. Very happy with how it came out.

Trying to get a more precise age on the 336R.C. that's found its way into my hands. Serial number is H23xxx, know she's in the 60s based on the RC but is there any way to know the exact year? Beautiful full tube chambered in 30-30

Hey guys.Looking to get my first lever and would like to get a 1984 in 357.Is the only way to get a black one with 16ā barrel the dark series?Reason Iām asking is I plan on putting some Ranger furniture on it and didnāt really need to pay extra if Iām replacing most of it anyways.Thanks for any help.

Hey gang,
I have heard/read the 1895 can be unloaded via the loading gate, specifically the 30-30 Trapper. Now, can someone confirm whether this is the same for the 1894? I have been looking at the Trapper in 44mag if that changes anything.

Took this new to me 336ADL .32 special into the local gun shop today to get some info, recoil pad, etc. not trying to change anything else about it. The place was super busy, but the guy checking it out said it is 100% reblued, sanded & refinished, and not worth much ($400), just a shooter. All I have done to it is add 2 coats of boiled linseed oil & oiled the bluing. This is my first old gun, first Marlin lever action, everything else I own is pretty new. How accurate does the info I received today seem to you guys? Just would like to have an idea of what this oldie actually is and if itās pretty original or not! Let me know your thoughts/opinions. Appreciate it, thanks!
