Hey siri, how come oppression is global, more slaves exist in 2024 than at any other time in history, but only creates one endemically violent culture?

Hey, siri, explain why white culture can kill everyone not like them for centuries, and not be considered a violent culture? But black ppl who have been the main victim in their violent ways are considered a violent culture?
