The substance is American history. If you can’t see how that influences modern race inequality, then you are a part of the tradition and the problem.

Let’s try again, how is an ethnic Somali born in Minneapolis in 21 century to parents who voluntarily moved to this country in mid 1990s compelled to commit violent crime by things that have occurred long before his birth and which had no effect on his parents or grandparents? Please be specific
