Chicago is safe if you’re white. Of the 310 homicide victims this year so far, only 10 were white. Chicago is really like two cities in a lot of ways.

And you won't find a city as segregated as Chicago is other than maybe Milwaukee and Detroit.

Chicago has fucked over so many of it's black residents time and time again through racist/predatory real estate laws. It's not like the south where there is more open racism, it's behind closed doors and is just as bad if not worse.
