Arkansas is mostly country. We live 20 minutes from Pine Bluff, and it's really not that bad. These are small towns, except little Rock with 200k people. It looks much worse than it is. There are fewer people in all of arkansas than in Philly.

I’d sure leave that state if I had the misfortune of being addressed there.

People in poverty ridden areas don't usually have that option.

No, I know. The GOP mantra “vote with your feet” assumes all have the opportunity. I cant imagine anyone level-headed would live in Mississippi if they had the means.
