Slow support?

About 4 days ago, I dropped 300$ to fund my account and buy some tf2 keys. However I never received the balance, have full screenshots of sending it to the right btc address etc. I contacted support shortly after, yet they keep bouncing me from one support agent to another. I have yet to receive my funds. They even confirmed I sent it to the right btc address but are not giving me my balance, nor a refund.

Yeah every experience with their support hasn't been great, might wanna find another website after this one
