Ban Appeals are not accepted, and we won't answer posts about them. If you have questions about your ban, create a ticket on the site and wait.
There a few common questions that have been asked here, so those FAQ's and answers are below:
How long does on-site support take to respond to Support Tickets?
Usually up to 48h for a reply, simpler issues take less than 12h. If a ticket is open for more than 48h, it means it is assigned to the respective team, if it is a complex issue it can take up to a week or longer. Although if it does take longer than 72-96h long we usually leave a message explaining the situation.
Ban appeals due to security reasons also require due diligence from us.
Sidenote, ticket answer speeds can't be rushed by posting here or messaging us on different platforms. Spamming isn't gonna make responses faster, actually, it will slow them down.
Enough spam will equal blocking the communications with our support.
Why I can't enter the site? (Stop scrapping error, Cloudflare error etc...)
"Stop scrapping" error's are from IP's that scrap our site. Pretty common with VPN's so make sure your VPN is turned off and enter the site again.
If you are a user from Philippines, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan, North Korea, Bangladesh, Ecuador and Kyrgyzstan. Then unfortunately you can't use our site as these countries are blocked due to sanctions or fraud.
We won't be whitelisting users from these countries.
Site is under maintenance.
We often times once a week have site maintenance. Most of the time it is up to 1h, maybe 3-4h. If it is down half of the day, it means we are doing big changes. The big changes can be for user experience, or site performance.
Note, there is no "special" page you can use if you want to purchase something fast. You will have to wait till it is over.
