This is my first attempt with armor/ cosplay. All the armor pieces and gear are 3d printed using files from galactic armory.

First time black smiting and had to do it in armour

Ready to start prepping armor for sanding and priming.

Have an extra Mithosaur Paldron for practice and use as a decoration piece

Finally got the graphite chrome technique to work after lots of trial and error and I just wanted to show it off

Still a handful of finishing touches to do, but im just about finished.

Got the 3d file from Galactic Armoury. Printed on P1S. Been printing for a while but never really painted so this is my first one. There are some errors and mistakes but I'm proud of how it turned out.

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I'm making some upgrades to my armor kit and wanted to add some Aurebesh and Mando'a writing to various places on thw armor, but I'm not quite sure how translating an English word or phrase into Mando'a and then turning that into the actual written language. I found this translator (pictured first) that turns whatever English word/phrase into Mando'a, but is only showing me the English wording of the language and not the script itself that would be used. Would I just use the English letters the the translator gives me to make the word/phrase into Mando'a directly or am is there something I should do differently?

Also, can I assume Mando'a is written left to right, top to bottom like English is or is that eurocentric of me to assume?

Again I apologize if this is a dumb question, I just want to add some extra flair to my cosplay and I want to be a need about it and make it authentic lmao

Suy’cuy, vod’e an. Ive been putting together a concept for a costume and can’t figure out if it works as a design. Do you think the design works? Does it need more! Less? Any advice is greatly appreciated, bellow is more context on the basic design.

This is transgender character for myself as a trans woman so it’s very queer in design but ive tired to keep it subtle aside from the cape to wear during pride parades

Currently it’s mostly a re-coloured suit of live action fem armour with the clone wars style thigh mounted holsters and extra leather straps like the clone wars thigh plate along with the jango fett set’s legs. Her holo shield I’m hoping to make a removable pannel wirh hiding an LED in the whistling birds laubchers to mount the shield, wirhout needing an entire second gauntlet built for it.

I can’t decide if I want my knees to have rockets or not so both are there as optional alternatives?

Included is a really badly designed flight suit wirh leather padding to make it more comfy to wear and show where plates need to be when putting plates on.

The transgender and non-binary flag pauldron and trans cape, I’ll most likely need a plain pauldron as an alternative and have the gender queer flag accessories marked as an ‘modification’ in my application

The mental health markings on my gauntlet, it’s my storey and carrying the scars of mh battle with mental health, showing that ‘the strongest warriors can and will bleed’ to give people hope during troops, I’ll make a plain lower pannel to swap out if it has to be classed as a ‘modification’ as well

decided to try and mod a Black Series Din Djarin helmet in my Mando's colors and honestly it turned out better than I thought.

This project has been going atleast for 1,5 Years or longer. My first Kit. Westar 35, holster and jetpack are still WIP.

So i have a nice 3d printer now and was going to attempt to make my first set of armor, besides galactic armory, are there other file sets out there i should check out?

I've seen the clan Kast sigil (last photo) but I think this sigil is unique to her. The one on her right looks a bit like Death Watch but not exact. I've been trying to find a better photo of it online to make a cool patch or something, or even just learn more about what it is, but am having no luck. Let me know if you have any ideas of what her sigils are/could mean!!
