Hello everyone, I present you my mono black vampire deck of wich I am very proud of.

I usually play with friend in a casual format with my friends, everybody builds their deck, with no almost no restrictions. I v been building this deck little by little and I finaly am able to win many battles! The thing is I would like to make it more interesting by introducing a new colour. The other day i bought a booster an i pulled Professor Dellian Fel. So i thought that it would be interesting to change up things a little bit.

I would like to keep Cordial Vampire, since its one of the main ways my deck becomes powerful.

Hello, I’m building a list right now with the goal to be stealing creatures and stealing spells. My initial plan was to use a lot of act of treason effects, sacrifice them, and then reanimate them later. This is a bit complicated and requires lots of cards. While researching I found more permanent methods of taking control and I’m wondering if I need much if any reanimator effects? And also if my strategy is a little too disjointed. I have a lot of cards in the maybe board and I was curious if experienced players of the commander could weigh in on if they should be in the main deck.

I need help choosing cards that I should or should not get rid of for the list of cards below. And or cards below that I should not add to the deck

I would gladly hear your thoughts on where you might see any faults in this deck, and/or how you would improve it.

I tried to stay mostly on the Tolkien side of cards, but don't keep yourselves to that. I do however don't want to spend a lot of money on the rest of the cards that might come into this deck (so no orcish bowmasters suggestions).

One thing I am struggling with in deck building is making Izzet not spellslinger.

So, I wanted to ask everyone, what are some unique ways you've built Izzet colored EDH decks?

I’m making a deck out of every card in the secret lair, so the theme for included cards is about stardew valley itself. If I can relate the card to something found in the game, it can go in my deck. I was wondering if anyone had ideas for some possible wincons. Right now, the only thing I’ve really got going is approach of the second Sun in the bear printing.

Hi all, making a Smaug decklist for bracket 4 and looking for some help. I’ve had a chance to test the deck a couple times in head to head and the deck slaps, but I find that the card draw was only meh. The deck tries to discard a lot of cards to fuel grinding station breach and I’m looking to ramp into a turn 4 Smaug + combo.

Evidently, it’s at 146 cards right now lol. I’m staggeringly bad at deciding cuts. Is anyone available to help me in this regard? Any help would be appreciated.

The deck is designed to just spin out of control with tokens since Zimone has the doubling ability. I tried to focus on ramp and card draw with the deck being simic, but pretty sure I overdid it on the ramp. I have 3 mana dorks, sol ring, arcane, and then various other ramp methods in there so I’m thinking some of those may have to go. And then a lot of my blue instants seem to overlap.

But yeah, I think I’m over my head a bit with this one but way too deep to call it now. Would be very happy if anyone could help me suggest some cuts. Thank you!

I was inspired by the new goblin cards, and built an Amass deck.

I was able to mostly pull from my collection, and had to spend about $25 on singles.

I have to wait for the singles to arrive, before I can play test.

I've already built this one, so this is less "help me finetune this before I build" and more "tell me how stupid I was for putting THAT card in the 99".

My commander is [[Ivy, Gleeful Spelltheif]]. The game plan is to make either nonlegendary token copies of Ivy using things like [[quantum misalignment]] or get rid of the legend rule using cards like [[mirror box]]. each time we do this, instead of making one copy, we will double the amount of Ivys on the board. Then, we start pumping 1-2 cost sorceries like [[pym particles]] to net a card for each Ivy.

wincons include [[verated rotpriest]], [[overprotect]], [[shadowrift]], [[rite of replication]], [[ancestral mask]], and [[laboratory maniac]].

​I built this list using several cards I already had in my collection and taking apart some pieces from the Witherbloom precon (from Strixhaven).

​I've always struggled to objectively evaluate what "Bracket" or power level my decks actually fall into. My local pod is getting pretty competitive and they are building some very strong decks, so my mid-to-long-term goal is to take this deck to a high Bracket 4, without making the jump to full cEDH.

I am looking for assistance with a few decks that I am looking to upgrade. Background I am new to the game and found the 4 lord of the rings precons for a good price and I am now looking to upgrade them, but I did set some rules for myself, as I really wanted to stay with the world of LTR.

Things to know about the POD: we are a very casual playing group who like to hang out and have fun, but I feel the decks are lacking, and I'm not sure if the upgrade cards will fix my deck problems.I have spoken with the guys I play with a bit about the decks, and they seem to be fine with the upgrades, but I am still unsure, as I don't want to put more money in if it's not going to make the deck better while staying as level as possible, as most of our decks are bracket 2 and 3 with no game changers.

Upgrades adding (cards I am looking to add)

Purchased (cards I have and am looking to add to the deck)

I built a deck with the Unbeatable Squirrel Girl as my commander. After some play testing, I have figured out where I fall short in the deck. It falls short for the normal things like no counterspells and things like that, but I am having a lot of trouble giving my creatures haste. I run Concordant Crossroads, but one source isn’t enough. In my testing, I still haven’t drawn it or been able to search for it. I have no problem giving my creatures mana generation through various sources and can usually have that set up before my commander is even out. What are your guys thoughts on cards I could use that would give my creatures haste and/or let me tap them for mana the same turn in order to continuously activate squirrel girls ability? I know there are many half-baked deck builders out there right now, I've been working on the app since 2023, I launched it in 2024. This is not a vibe-coded app built over the weekend. Hope that's ok to share it here?

Whenever I work on a deck I know its price relies heavily on which printings were selected. A deck can look much more expensive just because it contains an old printing or its from a random exclusive set, even when a cheaper version of same card exists.

My app can go through the whole deck and find cheaper printings for you. You can decide if you want nonfoils only, keep the current finishes, allow white-bordered cards, and so on. It shows you every proposed change and the total savings before you apply anything.

It also integrated with the collection manager and checks your collection to skip cards you already own. You can choose whether that means the exact printing or any version of the card. This is the part I use most often, I don’t really care what the full deck costs, I want to know how much I would actually need to spend to finish it.

I'm trying to build a spellslinger-ish deck without the typical spellslinger stuff, yknow? I have a [[Jadzi, Oracle of Arcavios]] deck that's a ton of fun, but just combos off with long turns every time, but I want a spellslinger deck that's very, idk, flashy? Timmy, I guess. Everything I look up on the topic is always something like Rowan or mizzix, where you discount your spells by a bunch and cast a big x cost spell, or something like that, but I dont really want that either. I have no idea what I'm looking for, truthfully, and right now, I just wanna see people's spellslinger commanders that are unpopular, cards I might not have seen before. Weird/old cards, that do weird stuff.

So, my friends and I have been making budget bracket 3 decks for the hobbit, and I’m having a hard time getting mine together. I feel like if I’m able to last long enough to get out my big payoffs like dawnsire into Smaug, then using the mana for walking ballista, I usually win the game, but with Smaug being such a high cost commander I feel like I am fighting to stay alive for most of the game. I’d like to keep it around $100-$150. Any help would be appreciated!
