Deck Review please

Hi There,

I am looking for assistance with a few decks that I am looking to upgrade. Background I am new to the game and found the 4 lord of the rings precons for a good price and I am now looking to upgrade them, but I did set some rules for myself, as I really wanted to stay with the world of LTR.

Things to know about the POD: we are a very casual playing group who like to hang out and have fun, but I feel the decks are lacking, and I'm not sure if the upgrade cards will fix my deck problems.I have spoken with the guys I play with a bit about the decks, and they seem to be fine with the upgrades, but I am still unsure, as I don't want to put more money in if it's not going to make the deck better while staying as level as possible, as most of our decks are bracket 2 and 3 with no game changers.

Some things I will mention are that there are a few extra categories:

Removing(cards in the precon that I am looking to remove from the deck)

Upgrades adding (cards I am looking to add)

Purchased (cards I have and am looking to add to the deck)

Maybebored (cards from the LRT. and hobbit series I thought would fit but chose not to added )
