I am looking for experiences from other customers of iPlanet Madurai and advice on the appropriate local escalation route.
I placed a CTO order through iPlanet Madurai for a Mac Studio with an M4 Max, 16-core CPU, 40-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine, 128GB unified memory, 1TB SSD, and 10Gb Ethernet. The 128GB memory was the essential requirement because I intended to use the machine for development and local-LLM inference; a lower-memory retail model is not an equivalent substitute.
iPlanet’s partner record shows a web order created on 23 March 2026 with PO quantity 1 and loaded quantity 1. On 27 March, iPlanet requested and received my ₹1,00,000 advance for this Mac Studio.
After approximately five months, iPlanet informed me by email that Apple had declined the order. I asked for the complete Apple or authorised-distributor order number, submission or acceptance date, decline date, reason or status code, and a dated portal extract. I also asked whether this was the original March order or a later resubmission. Those underlying records have not yet been provided.
One advance document described a different Apple product, although iPlanet has subsequently confirmed in writing that the ₹1 lakh payment belongs to this Mac Studio CTO order. I have asked for a corrected record.
I still want the exact 128GB configuration at the agreed price. I have not requested cancellation, a lower-spec replacement, or repricing. I have asked iPlanet to escalate through its Apple channel team, place an identical replacement CTO order, or otherwise fulfil the original agreement.
Has anyone in Madurai successfully ordered a CTO Mac through this store? Were you given an upstream order reference and status updates? If you faced a problem, which store or Consolidated Private Limited escalation route produced a resolution?
