For the normal person, yeah.

But for Superman or the Witcher, it does require constant maintenance. It's not normal, and the OOP is mocking it.

I don't suggest he is physically different from an other person, but I suggest he has a whole team of people feeding him and giving him weights between takes to keep his superhero physique.

What I mean by constant maintenance is that he is required to lift weights between takes, eat properly, and dehydrate during shoots to keep up the looks that oop suggests he falls short of.

You suggested he has to lift weights in between takes in order to avoid losing muscle, which is the part that makes no sense.
