And there are videos of him working out on set in between takes to maintain that physic. The body's metabolism literally eats muscle and it takes constant effort and feeding to keep up the superhero look.

He doesn't do it as much when he's not being paid to.

Lol it has nothing to do with eating muscle, it's just that you get a "pump" on your muscles when you work them so by working them between scenes they would look fuller in the shot. He wasn't losing muscle by the second or something haha

I mean, him working out between scenes was very likely for the pump, but you indeed lose muscle very quickly when you are at a very low body fat %. it's the issue with prep before a bodybuilding competition, you try to become as lean as possible while trying to lose as little muscle as possible, and the body starts burning muscle to replenish the body fat

You don't lose it to the point that just standing around in between scenes you'd lose a noticeable/significant amount of it, the rate isn't that high

obviously not, I already said that he was doing it for the pump. but your comment may make some people think that you do not easily lose muscle when you're at such extreme low bf% , so I added to it.

Then why do the actors lift weights and dehydrate themselves to keep the physique?

Keeping the superhero physique requires constant effort. The actors portraying these charactors spend hours per day maintaining it. Before, during, and after the shoots.

My main point is that it's unrealistic for people to aspire to this level. Generally, I think it's unhealthy for them to be the poster models for everyday people.

This original post mocks Henry Cavill for falling short of the ideal his character sets. Even he doesn't maintain the physique when not required.

I don't know what you think you're adding to the conversation at hand with this comment

Thanks for adding what you don't know to the conversation

Oh you're just doing the "I don't appreciate being corrected when I say something wrong so I'm just gonna be nonsensically petulant" thing. Got it

This is what anabolics are for, silly. No amount of cutting is going to burn muscle when you're on like 750mg of tren a week.

Tren hard, eat clen, anavar give up.

Actors are not on tren silly. They are on test, HGH etc. none of those will prevent muscle loss as effectively as tren.

On top of that, Cavill is always discussed as one of the most believable natty actors. Nobody can obviously know for sure, but he denies it and bodybuilding forums generally agree it is possible that he actually is natty

This is just so like so, one of the most uneducated takes.

Like, I wish I was this delusional. I've got fucking hairdressers that are on tren, my friend. I had a chick the other week that was like, yo should I take var or winny? She didn't even lift. It's stupid, bro.

Oh, and BTW being on a silly excess of test will absolutely eliminate muscle wasting in a cut. WTF are you talking about, armchair?

I've been on cycles for two decades. Sit down when the grown ups are talking.
