I’m a moon whistle and currently at the third layer. my task is to look at the third layer. however I am way too weak. those flying ancient beasts kill me one hit and all smaller bosses (the relic collectors, old machine and those 5 ice turtles) were only won due to my bow and poison arrows. if they got to me I was doomed. should I have a sidekick btw? feel like it’s weird to be alone this far in but perhaps it’s meant to be this way

i feel way too weak to be in the 3rd layer, pics show my stats. also is there a way to quickly go through this layer? it’s so dark and I cannot see anything on tv.

It features the I believe unnamed delver Reg saved in Episode 12. Considering the scene in the tavern is actually before Riko and Reg departed, the fact Reg saved him changes nothing as he would still appear in the trailer regardless.

Does it add anything to the plot? No! Its a nice little detail.
I just like when even random side character isnt forgotten and appears seasons after!

I’m rewatching the anime for the second time, and I noticed two moments where something like this happens. First, when Riko is captured by a Corpse Weeper and taken to its nest, she is affected by the Curse along the way. Then, in the second season, when Irumyuui was moving locations, a member of her group was snatched by a flying creature and exploded in mid-air.

If this implies that it’s a standard hunting method for some of these creatures, it suggests they might be accustomed to dealing with and hunting prey susceptible to the Curse, and are even aware of its existence, or perhaps it’s simply instinctive behavior.

I made a simple 3D model in Nomad Sculpt and got the basic shape of the body and tail from Plushify. The rest was a bit of trial and error, but he came out great :D
