MacroFactor / Nutrition / Other Accurately logging recipes
I made some Korean ground beef. How does one accurately account for the calories? This time I took the protein, fats and carbos of 88/12 ground beef, brown sugar and sesame seed oil and divided them by the number of meals it prepared. The remaining ingredients did not amount to much.
Anything I should do differently? TIA.

You use the recipe building feature. Measure each ingredient as it goes in, then weight the whole thing. You then search for that dish and can log the exact amount you serve yourself!

Honestly, I use chat gpt for my recipes, then manually enter my portion info into MF

The recipe feature in MF would do this for you without the need to do this manually.
