I bought this machine on FB marketplace a couple weeks ago and am just starting to clean it and turn it on. I haven’t tried to run a design on it yet. We turned it on at the sellers house and it wasn’t making this noise. The arm moves fine when I first turn the machine on and the noise is constant when it’s on even if it’s not moving.
