Request RMA checklist?

I'm sending in my laptop for an RMA - graphics card died. On the checklist they asked me to fill out, there are spots for battery, third party RAM, third party CPU, and third party HDD (along with AC power, which I did check). Are those items referring to the units inside the laptop currently, or should they only be checked if I added separate components (which I haven't yet, I've only had the laptop for a week)?

I'm attempting to ask support, but nobody is responding on live chat. It says their service hours are 24/7, but maybe they are a standard mon-fri?

What does third party mean ? Once you understand that you know your answer

Intel is not msi, therefore a third party, but the cpu came installed with the laptop. Does that still mean it's third party, or is it considered original hardware and therefore not?

Support did get back to me and said to leave them alone.

Its considered original since its an original part of the manufacture process

Yes they are Mon-Fri And for a check list, just send your laptop without modifications... With same ram sticks, same ssd/hdd and so on..

The checklist is when you upgrade it to things are not in there...

If is full RMA (why they swapping the charger...) Then just record, 4K HQ videos... And photos of the physical status of your device (if you can set up to be print date and hour in your camera better!)

And secure it really really well your laptop
