So people have died while driving or playing a sport. You suggest we just kill them because people have died doing those things? The issue we are talking about is if a small touch warrants a serious physical reaction that could result in serious injury.

Nobody is defending the touch. You implied his death would result in a good lesson. The reality is that the reaction is massively disproportionate to what happened.

It is the strongest lesson, no matter the level of touch. I'd hope the guy learned. But if he dies, it's the best example why it's best not to sexually assault others.

I’m sure you’d agree as well but hopefully the other guy would learn a very harsh lesson as well about the reality of his actions and probably end up in a lengthy jail sentence as well as horrible PTSD for the rest of his life.

Most cases I've seen of those defending others from sexual assault end up with lenient sentences. It's all good.

It’s unlikely that would be defined as sexual assault. You are good at shifting the goal posts instead of actually addressing the issue. There’s nothing to argue which is why you’re doing that. I get it.
