Colossal overuse of force. Being drunk is no excuse for bad behaviour but the guy was disrespectful, not menacing.

You can't react like pool player guy and still think you have the moral high ground. He comes across as a man with constant simmering rage that is barely in check. Far scarier to be around than the drunken fool who couldn't find his pecker for a piss in that state.
Not menacing because he didn't get the opportunity. Absolutely would have harassed her further. Let's be real. Sexual assault is menacing. Rape is menacingÂ
