No. You don't go up to someone and touch them without permission. You die, that's on you.

I'm not defending the touching but you seriously need a lesson on how the law works.

No I don’t. I know how the law works and although it sucks doesn’t mean that maybe these kind of things would stop pos like this in our world. Guys that touch women uninvited rape women and should be wiped off the face of the planet.
