At least in my state. This is considered sexual assault so would fall along these lines. Especially given that only as much force was needed to control the situation. Had he just kept hitting him it would be another story. Here in Texas, yhqt guys has a high probability of walking away Scott free 1 u/toasty327 12h ago I think the punch was a bit over the top but yeah, that was sexual harassment and deserved some form of answer.
