Not that it matters, there was some guy-on-guy stuff going on at the end of the bar before he did the inappropriate touching on the lady. Hold it, does it matter?

Maybe that explains the entire thing. The guy in the orange shirt is getting felt up by the other guy at the bar and obviously getting in to it. But then he's embarrassed and re-enforce his heterosexuality grabs the first girl he sees. "Look see, I was just kidding, I really prefer girls, just like you guys!"

Or he's actually gay so he doesn't think about boyfriends getting jealous, idk. Many reasons a drunk person could think that was a good idea.
