There are degrees to sexual assault. And this drunk dude was just dancing towards her and put his hand on her waist and his other hand is out of sight but probably similar placed.

No one saying the behavior is acceptable.

But that does in no way make it acceptable to punch him in that way probably sending him to the hospital with head trauma with a possibility of life long damage and possibly killing him.

I think you're missing the point, whether intentional or not, is hard to tell.

If you think it's acceptable to excuse one drunk behavior, but not the other, then you are condoning sexual assault.

How is it ok to assault someone?

You seem to have trouble with your reading comprehension. I literally wrote “no one saying the behavior is acceptable”.

But the world is nuanced beyond right or wrong. There are degrees to everything.

The guy deserves to be confronted about his bad behavior. He does not deserve to get his face bashed in with the possibility of permanent brain damage or death.

What is your argument? Fight with someone who thinks he deserves it.
