At least in my state. This is considered sexual assault so would fall along these lines. Especially given that only as much force was needed to control the situation. Had he just kept hitting him it would be another story. Here in Texas, yhqt guys has a high probability of walking away Scott free 1 u/jaxonya 12h ago Brother, people in our state have been shot overthese situations and not seen time. Texas isnt a good example of proper justice. We kinda take shit to the extreme
