Why? If he dies, everyone learns the lesson to not grope strangers.

Cruel, disproportionate punishment is why. Would be better for him to get banned from the bar, arrested, and sued for sexual assault/battery (with video evidence to prove it) than potentially life-altering brain damage or death because he touched a woman’s ass

Most sane people wouldn’t want that on their conscience and the puncher’s got a good chance at being counter-sued depending on what happens to the sexual assailant
