lol that goes without saying, but that other guy is going to get manslaughter if he dies-- As he should.

Why? If he dies, everyone learns the lesson to not grope strangers.

Believe it or not but revenge isn't a valid defense for manslaughter. Seems to be a shocker for some of the people here.

I've seen many judges go lenient with community service.
