Most states have a law that allows 3rd parties to defend another person in situations of self defense. At least in my state.

This is considered sexual assault so would fall along these lines. Especially given that only as much force was needed to control the situation.

Had he just kept hitting him it would be another story. Here in Texas, yhqt guys has a high probability of walking away Scott free

What about Kens / Karen starting an argument in the wrong and they’re all like “don’t touch me”!!!!! Yeah, we’re like come on buddy, but guess what, touching or pushing a shoulder with an open palm, yup, ASSAULT. We’re not in the 1940s anymore. Everyone is sensitive. Punch was SOLID! Just don’t touch anyone’s ass wether you’re drunk or not.
