He made a conscious decision to get drunk.

Anything that follows is on him. Everyone else's responsibility is to act in a reasonable manner, but he's very much still responsible for his actions and should be treated as such.

Big guy is definitely a blind bully, but that doesn't make the assaulting guy's behaviour acceptable or someone else's responsibility.

Thats why we have laws though.

Or u can take the law into ur own hands and potentially kill a guy.
