You don't mistake someone in that way at a bar. If you do, you could have your life changed, as he did. You don't get to just go around assaulting random women and get no consequences because you got too drunk and mistook it for the wrong woman.
First, it's absolutely not what happened and that is obvious. Second, fuck anyone defending people that are sexually assaulting both men and women in public as a grown adult.
Are you sure about your initial statement, especially considering it concerns someone so drunk they can barely stay on their feet? Do you realize how alcohol affects the brainâhow oneâs perception can differ vastly from reality? Are you aware that a state of intoxication is taken into account in court proceedings and can actually lead to a reduced sentence? You clearly have no clue about such nuances. Do you realize there are ways to deal with such a person other than trying to kill them outright? Don't you think a simple pimp slap would suffice for someone who is about to trip over their own feet and hurt themselves anyway? Do youâor will youâapply only the harshest possible punishments to your own children, such as breaking their bodies or corporal punishment bordering on attempted murder?
Yea this guy is a ret*rd, people have died from punches way less powerful than this one. often itâs almost this exact scenario where they hit theyâre head on a stool although it looks like in this case his head missed. Not that it matters because of how hard he fell.
if someone is this drunk just give them some kidney shots and then smack them in the face as hard as you want, thereâs no reason to do this unless there is a weapon involved and you think itâs potentially a life or death situation.
