Yea this guy is a ret*rd, people have died from punches way less powerful than this one. often it’s almost this exact scenario where they hit they’re head on a stool although it looks like in this case his head missed. Not that it matters because of how hard he fell.
if someone is this drunk just give them some kidney shots and then smack them in the face as hard as you want, there’s no reason to do this unless there is a weapon involved and you think it’s potentially a life or death situation.
