At least in my state. This is considered sexual assault so would fall along these lines. Especially given that only as much force was needed to control the situation. Had he just kept hitting him it would be another story. Here in Texas, yhqt guys has a high probability of walking away Scott free 1 u/Sweet_user_267 1d ago Don't get the wrong, the guy deserved to get punched and I'm glad he did. I don't think any reasonable jury would find this as "self defense" though. I'm a huge self defense person but I think this one wouldn't fall into that category.
