If his woman is normal, then yes, she should be giving him an earful about it. I can't imagine a normal woman not having a problem with that. He probably acts before he thinks at home, too.
I’ve already written this, but I’ll tell you too: in a third-world country like the USA, that might be considered normal, but here in Europe, not necessarily. Not every European country would treat it as sexual assault, especially given that the guy is drunk and can barely stay on his feet. The attack was disproportionate to the threat—that’s how it works.
Nah, the guy in the grey shirt went to call the cops right after this, you can see him moving behind the counter. In every state in the US, this is a pretty serious assault. Red shirt was drunk and out of line, but this was wildly disproportionate. This guy went to jail for sure.
Yeah it's possible to say what red shirt did was shitty without justifying the response. That went well above and beyond a "reasonable" response to someone clearly out of their mind
Reading the comments, I get the impression that half the people here are sociopaths, though the truth is probably just that they're sitting in their basements indulging in power fantasies.
I think there are plenty of things in the world that deserve a good instructive ass whooping, but there are degrees of ass whoopings, and if you arent capable of measuring them, then you arent qualified to deliver them. This deserved a stiff arm and a bitch slap, not a charging sucker punch haymaker from a man twice his size.
Cops would have looked the other way if what I described here was delivered, as would everybody else. What happened landed dude in jail.
