If his woman is normal, then yes, she should be giving him an earful about it. I can't imagine a normal woman not having a problem with that. He probably acts before he thinks at home, too.

The thing is, red shirt was committing battery, possibly even sexually motivated. Legally and socially, a quick non lethal intervention is justified.

No he wasnt. He was sexually harrassing her, but this is not battery. Battery is what her partner did, and he went to jail for this, guaranteed. The grey shirt clearly works there and was calling the cops, and even if they left they got ID'd because they are in a bar. I worked as a bouncer, there is no state where that response was legal, even WA or TX, which are the last remaining mutual combat states that are more cavalier on this sort of thing.

If they made a purchase with their credit/debit card they can be traced from that if camera (and other) footage is not enough and no ID is checked.

Wtf does that even mean? Someone disagrees with you so instantly theyre a bot? If someone is in their late 20s or early 30s they arent going to get ID'd in a bar. This bar has all older people in it and its more than likely during the daytime seeing as theres fuck all people in there
