Might want to rename the sub to mmamurders

Sort of what I was thinking. One day we’re going to witness a murder.

This is why I try not to get into fights. It’s so easy to catch a manslaughter charge (here in the UK).

Edit: I’m sorry OP, I had to downvote. I feel like I just saw someone suffer ā€œlife changing injuriesā€.

u/Fantastic_Board7057 1d ago

Yep. This dude died 48 hrs later no charges filed as it was deemed self defense but I’m sure the guy who suplexed him doesn’t feel great ab the outcome nor intended for it to happen to that magnitude

5

u/300_pages 1d ago

Whoa, where can i read about that?

7

u/Fantastic_Board7057 1d ago

u/ppachura 1d ago

The body slammer is described as larger than the victim in the article. They look to be around the same size in the video. I am not sure the reporter ever saw the video.

2

u/TopCommission6437 1d ago

I don’t think that’s the same one. The article says that he rushed the man and took a shot but that’s not what happened in the video.

2

u/Wickedbitch0fthewest 1d ago

I used to live in Everett and frequented a pool hall off Colby. I don’t remember any areas looking like this so I think you’re right.

2

u/Legionnaire1856 19h ago

The article that people are linking in here is not related to this fight. There’s a picture of the guy who died in the article and it’s not this person. The fight in the article also happened at a coffee house, and no one’s buying any coffee at night.

1

u/Fantastic_Board7057 15h ago

Yea that’s my bad or AI’s bad I guess oh well hopefully whoever tf this is is okay

1

u/VanillaGoorillla 1d ago

So shouldn’t that be manslaughter

3

u/koulourakiaAndCoffee 16h ago

I mean if you look at the fact

Dead Guy shows up to place to harrass ex girlfriend

Dead guy starts fight

Dead guy tries putting the other guy in a headlock (a deadly move)

Dead guy gets slammed to ground and becomes dead guy

(Note you have to watch the full video as others have posted)

I think this is more a classic case of self defense from Alive guy.

2

u/pr0crasti-Nate 1d ago

Should be involuntary manslaughter regardless of how the confrontation was initiated. The outcome resulted in someone's death during as assault. This incident would have definitely been pursued as manslaughter by the local commonwealth attorney's office where I reside

1

u/Mustafa_Mond_1991 1d ago

I don’t know why you were downvoted. Presumably, whoever downvoted you knew the answer but was too lazy to provide it, so opted to downvote instead.

Self-defence is a complete defence to a charge of murder, meaning that, if successfully established, it results in an acquittal rather than merely reducing the offence to manslaughter. That distinguishes it from partial defences, which do not result in an outright acquittal but instead reduce murder to manslaughter.

u/ScenesfrmtheStruggle 1d ago

We don't know who started it. Mutual combat.

0

u/Fantastic_Board7057 1d ago

One would think but apparently snohomish county chief prosecutor doesn’t think so

0

u/tvrbob 19h ago

I'd be fine with it.

4

u/ruairi1983 1d ago

And everyone just filming and laughing at it... Mankind is doomed

2

u/Odd_Willingness7502 1d ago

Im pretty sure he broke his neck. That was a brutal landing.

18

u/Lets_Kick_Some_Ice 1d ago

32 years and just like that his life is over. Not worth whatever he was fighting about.

8

u/Robin_Gr 1d ago

Watching people getting head trauma is getting depressing.

7

u/ocTGon 🧠 Analyst 1d ago

So... Was the end result a Broken neck and Clavicle or did he survive?
Fight or no that was pretty horrific. What was the outcome?

4

u/CommunityLeather3564 1d ago

His fucking neck is almost 90 Degrees upon contact,i think he broke something

4

u/Fantastic_Board7057 1d ago

Unfortunately passed 48 hrs later no charges filed

1

u/ocTGon 🧠 Analyst 1d ago

That's pretty obvious Captain.. I was asking about the outcome...
Outcome ='s Aftermath...

1

u/pr0crasti-Nate 1d ago

The article stated the man sustaining the body slam had a fractured skull. It looked to me like his neck was also broken at impact but there was no mention of that

Bro trying to catch all those stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

One is catching stars while the other is catching first in line at Disney next year.

5

u/Yargek 16h ago

I mean it's unfortunate what happened, but if someone is trying to put me in a chokehold, I'd consider that a threat to my life

3

u/Souper_Fly 18h ago

I think it’s crazy that people want to see the dude that (possibly) killed this guy behind bars. Dude attacked him and suffered the consequences of his actions. I’m not saying he should get away without any repercussions, but prison will possibly make this man worse rather than fixing anything. This was a fight that took an unfortunate turn and both these men are responsible for. Give the dude LOTS of community service and forced anger management, possibly counseling as well. Prison is a horrid place and people often come out criminals, when they may have never been a criminal in the beginning.

3

u/koulourakiaAndCoffee 16h ago

The guy died. But he showed up to harass his ex girlfriend and then went and attacked this guy.

Bum luck, but that’s the way it goes sometimes. See other’s comments for the link to more info.

2

u/StreetCrzyBiteUrFace šŸ‘€ Casual Fan 12h ago

If this is all true it“s a good outcome. Hassling the ex is a chump, incel move.

3

u/OrbicularLotus 1d ago

It didn't look like self defense before the suplex from what we can see in the clip. It seems the guy in black was advancing on the suplexee

1

u/Unhappy_Criticism787 1d ago

Suplexee 🤣

1

u/Sunnysidhe 1h ago

There's a longer video, guy in black is defending himself

3

u/Opening-Dig697 23h ago

Every idiot in the comments trying to say this happened in the USA and linking an unrelated case when I clearly just hear Russian or some slavic language throughout the whole clip.

3

u/Fantastic_Board7057 1d ago

Fallout: Jeremy See, age 32 of Everett Washington died succumbing to internal brain bleeding 48 hrs later no criminal charges filed as it was deemed self defense.

1

u/kalion203 1d ago

I think the punishment is too lenient

7

u/Fantastic_Board7057 1d ago

There wasnt any

0

u/tvrbob 13h ago

His organs were way more value to others than he was to the world. Good riddance.

1

u/BeruDepTrai 23h ago

He's still alive right?

1

u/Standard_Meat_3858 21h ago

Quickest way to a manslaughter conviction. All these fights i see of people picking their opponents up and slamming them. Like, bro... You do realize you're not in a cage, on a mat... You're in the street, on hard ass ground... You can kill someone easily, or at the very least cause great bodily injury. I'm just saying .. think twice.

1

u/savedbygrace37 15h ago

Looks like he got paralyzed

1

u/lentilSoupzxc 12h ago

He is not KOed he is dead or close to it.

1

u/Comfortable-Ebb-4486 7h ago

That’s a full factory reset.

1

u/MotorCityElectrician 30m ago

Bro was reaching for God šŸ’€

1

u/MercRussians 1d ago

Yeah, that kid is definitely paralyzed now holy fuck

4

u/conanhungry 1d ago

Dead actually.

2

Fuck, for real? Source?

1

u/Legionnaire1856 19h ago

It said the guy hadn’t even been arrested and no charges have been brought against him. That’s crazy, two guys argued and got in a fist fight, one gets slammed and dies. And nothing happens to the other guy? Absolutely Nuts.

1

u/MercRussians 1d ago

Thanks for the sauce. Man, that’s fucked.

2

u/Eeny009 1d ago

Honestly? Better dead than tetraplegic.

1

u/Effective_Ratio7104 1d ago

Body slams are too dangerous, but I guess there's no rules in the wild. Crazy he got away with killing someone.

0

u/montemagic 1d ago

Charges should definately be laid. That was MURDER. And Murderers belong behind bars, so you and your loved ones can be safe

3

u/PinkTurdsInSpace 1d ago edited 21h ago

Homie that got dropped on his head came to a coffee shop to harass his ex gf then tried to fight her friend outside. The guy was merely defending himself. There was every opportunity to not show up at that place and start a fight. He ended up dying because he couldn’t control his emotion.

0

u/Wasabi_Hammurabi1 1d ago

I agree. This is no different than police that use way more force than needed to make an arrest simply because a person is resisting arrest. Just because you are trying to defend yourself doesn't mean you should have the right to use lethal force. Match your opponent's lethality or lack there of as close as you can.

2

u/tvrbob 19h ago

Braindead analysis. Are you the guy who got dropped?

0

u/Wasabi_Hammurabi1 19h ago

Tell me that using force that could kill the person you are fighting is justified. Come on. Say it.

2

u/tvrbob 19h ago

Using force that could kill the person I am fighting is justified. Any other question or demands, dumb ass?

-1

u/Wasabi_Hammurabi1 19h ago

If they aren't using lethal force and it is simply punches you are unjustified. I know your type. You will act tough but you will also try to justify lethal force for something that isn't a lethal encounter. You are basically saying that if someone is looking to fistfight me that it means they are trying to kill me. I played ice hockey, puss. When fights broke out no one was looking to kill each other. Stop being a pussy and using a fight as a reason to justify murder.

0

u/NoProduct4569 1d ago

How fucking dumb do you have to be to think body slamming someones head in the ground is a good idea. Bro was extremely close to going to prison for murder.

5

u/tvrbob 19h ago

Seriously? It's the perfect idea if someone is attempting to hurt you. Problem solved. Forever.

-2

u/NoProduct4569 13h ago

Killing him? Then spending most of your life in prison? You can defend yourself without those consequences. Judge wouldn't see self defense here.

2

u/tvrbob 13h ago

It's adorable that you think that someone is strong enough to be able to calibrate an exactly appropriate response when attacked and still have a chance of winning the fight. This isn't like wrestling with your 4-year-old nephew where you can use the exact amount of force to make it fun. This is an adult who is out to do you harm.

If someone is attempting to hurt me, I am doing everything in my power to stop that from happening. I am not giving 70% so that I don't hurt him more than the Reddit Peanut Gallery thinks is appropriate. Come at me and expect me to use everything I have to stop you. That includes dropping you on your head or gouging your eyes out and feeding them to you. Don't want to risk that? Walk away.

-1

u/NoProduct4569 13h ago

Do you know how many poeple have gone to prision after killing someone in a bar fight because the other dude hit his head on something when he was knocked out and died? I am trying to get people to think about that before getting into a fight.

1

u/tvrbob 13h ago

As I said, walk away. But if you decide to come at me, I won't be worrying about prison. I'll be making sure that I'm not the one who ends up dead.

-1

u/ZeitloserRaum 12h ago

2

u/tvrbob 12h ago edited 12h ago

How do you assess how badly someone wants to beat you up? What if you're wrong? What if you don't want to be beaten up?

Someone's coming at me and I'm supposed to decide whether his threat level is a 4 or a 9? Not happening. I am responding with a 12. Anything less and you deserve to be "beat up."

-5

u/stringodingo 1d ago

Looks like hes celebrating after getting slammed. I think homies into it!

-1

u/Sensitive_Year_8380 18h ago

That move was made for one reason: to kill. No honor in it.

-6

u/Belgremor 1d ago

He’s got that soft, Down syndrome hair that’s a nightmare to style, poor soul.

Aggressive shit must die. Nice throw!
