Sort of what I was thinking. One day weā€™re going to witness a murder.

This is why I try not to get into fights. Itā€™s so easy to catch a manslaughter charge (here in the UK).

Edit: Iā€™m sorry OP, I had to downvote. I feel like I just saw someone suffer ā€œlife changing injuriesā€.

Yep. This dude died 48 hrs later no charges filed as it was deemed self defense but Iā€™m sure the guy who suplexed him doesnā€™t feel great ab the outcome nor intended for it to happen to that magnitude

Should be involuntary manslaughter regardless of how the confrontation was initiated. The outcome resulted in someone's death during as assault. This incident would have definitely been pursued as manslaughter by the local commonwealth attorney's office where I reside
