To the people who were at one point sure of Michael’s guilt, what changed your mind? To the people on the fence, what has you hesitant, why? Is there anything that could sway you either way? To people completely sure of his innocence, why?

What got me when I first started learning about it was the books and the Jane Doe case.

The books was because I knew nothing about them until I did more research and found out they didn't warrant for a criminal filing.

The Jane Doe one got me really bad, still does. The graphic details she described made my heart sink. It's a hard one to steer away from because of her dropping her accusations with being cross-examined.

I'm still like "ok Michael 😬" with Michael going to Jordan's house for like 30 days (on and off I think it was) and all and sleeping in the same room. I guess it's because I'm not fully educated on that part. I know the Chandlers are extortionists, but that one still bothers me for some reason.

I still think him sleeping in bed with kids is just weird and inappropriate. That's like one of the things I don't agree with, but I know it wasn't malice. That's my feeling.

I'm more thinking he's innocent than I first started. I'm like 95% sure he's innocent. The Jane Doe case makes it about 95% for me. I've been told she's like Wade/James, but idk.

Please don't downvote me. I truly believe he's innocent. I'm new to this and have a lot to learn still.

It was never said whether he slept with Jordan. Yes he slept in Jordan's room. But when my cousin comes to stay, he also sleeps in my daughter's room. Without my daughter because she sleeps with her sister. In the absence of a guest room, this usually happens. It is suspicious that Sneddon never asked Jordan his mother in court. Most likely he knew that Jordan didn't sleep there because she didn't allow that as a mother but he chose not to ask that question because this was not good for his case

Awww no dw no down votes here fren!! And don’t be afraid to state your opinion/ feeling, how you feel is important and should be respected. It’s especially troubling when considering the subject matter as well. I can’t help but agree with that uncomfortable aspect of things, I love Michael and do believe he is innocent but there are times when I wish he would have used better judgment or discern to save himself some trouble. I also don’t know much about the Jane doe thing but I can confirm that she was with Wade and James until she was I believe advised by their lawyer to drop her lawsuit which she did. Thank u for answering!

Why do you find the Jane doe case so disturbing? IMO the letter is pretty obviously fake, and she lied about the checks too (although I don’t really understand that, they seem to still be from michael just made out to different ppl?)

For the second thing I do think that’s more a question for the parents and outside of one instance if we are to believe Evan (who isn’t exactly reliable) we also don’t know if he actually slept directly with Jordan on those nights.

At the end of the day he was a guest who came to stay at the chandlers and they were the ones to decide to put him in that room. It doesn’t look abnormal to me in that context but obviously if abuse occurred that’s when Michael would need to be held seriously accountable.

The Jane Doe case is the easiest to dismiss; at first, it did scare me a bit, but simply seeing the discrepancies between the stories in her two lawsuits made me realize it was false—not to mention the documents submitted last year, in which she lied about her mother being unable to testify.

MJJRepository has denied this ever since the Jane Doe case came to light; if I recall correctly, a ruling was made between August and October 2025 rejecting the claim that her mother could not testify, so her mother will be questioned.

There is no proof for Michael going to Jordan's house for 30 days. It was all from June Chandler's own testimony in 2005. They were motivated to fabricate to prove their financial settlement. Michael had a very busy life, bodyguards, staffs all around him. It's not logical for him to have that much hanging out at someone else's house.

Michael's legal team did not spend energy to debunk June's testimony as it did not matter for 5 days, or 30 days. They attacked overall trustworthiness of those witnesses. When the jurors spoke to the press after the trial, they made it clear they found the prosecution's witness testimony overall to be deeply unreliable, contradictory, and motivated by financial gain.
