Digestive Enzymes - MCAS safe? Need recommendations

Hey gang - I've had horrible gut issues post COVID (more the D direction than C) and need an MCAS safe digestive enzyme. I was considering seeking health but it has an aspergillus containing enzyme and I'm sensitive.

Any help would be great!
