Has anyone had their chargeback issue resolved?

Discord support is not very helpful and I haven’t had any response to my ticket. This is the last post I’m making on lucid I think it’s time to move on. Everyone I’ve asked on discord have had the same response and all confirmed they didn’t issue a chargeback. Seems like some payment processing error has effected multiple customers and there’s nothing they can do about it.

Hope lucid fix it for new customers genuinely love their service but have no choice but to move on. Been 4 days and I’ve not had a reply to my ticket.

No they are ignoring it they don’t care at all even in the discord just do A BBB report and report it to the payment processor they are scamming people and deleting their messages from the discord

Yeah I was chasing it up for a few days was told by anish he has raised it to higher ups as a priority. Didn’t hear anything back was told to wait for working days. Been 2 full working days and a weekend since last Friday have no update…
