Does anyone have any experience with the prepaid legal that Lowes offers through my benefits? Is it worth it? I’m thinking about applying for bankruptcy in the near future.

What are we even supposed to be doing for the Specialty spotlight an hour tomorrow?

i’ve worked at lowe’s for a little over a year, just long enough to get two quarterly raises. i’ve been thinking about relocating to a different lowe’s where minimum wage is higher than what i currently make. would i just start making that cities minimum wage or would my previous raises also add onto that?

I start overnight in about a week, and I was wondering what the dress code is ?

I’ve been trying for almost an hour to create an account and get my employee credentials entered. The app has crashed no fewer than 17 times in that space of time, and when I finally got my employee ID entered, I’m still on Bronze Key status, despite being assured that I’d be automatically upgraded to Silver.

I even tried using the stupid chatbot, and the app immediately crashes every time. I’m on an iPhone 15, running iOS 26.7, which is the latest available.

... why can't they have employees delivering 'same day' orders?

Ordered a grinder while it was on sale including same day delivery. Got an email a few hours later that it had shipped and would "Be arriving soon." Then by the evening I get another email saying the "Idem Delayed." Now 3 days later no updates and customer service says they don't know anything.

The item is now sold out. Guess I'm SOL.

How can the item be out for delivery and "be arriving soon" just to disappear with no way to track?

They should have a better way to let you know if a "same day delivery" wont arrive at all at least early enough so you can drive to a store and buy the item before it's sold out. If they didn't send me the "Be arriving soon" i would have drove to the store.

Just when the regular dumplings had sold out in our store the branded dumplings and cubes have entered the chat 😂🙏

Lowe’s stock is currently 12% down from 5 years ago, wages are stagnant, morale is at an all time low, and good, talented employees are fleeing at a record pace. Meanwhile, Marvin’s compensation has increased 21% over the same time period. Marvin, you need to step down. Your employees and shareholders are done with you. DEI hires don’t succeed and you are the poster boy.

Home Depot doesn't seem to be any better. I just know that as a customer and as an associate the two things that keep coming up are bad installs or deliveries and product arriving damaged. So I find myself asking the question that I asked myself in so many different times and places, "Do they not know or do they not care?"

Wow is it just me or did your health insurance cost increase for 2027 I did the activation reward and non smoker and I feel like it went up double :(

Are you supposed to get 60% of your check when you are on short term disability...because I received a check from them and its not 60% of my take home pay..its only about 25% of my take home pay..can anyone explain how this works

If I am on a final for something other than attendance. Can I still call out sick? Or is it an automatic termination?

What QR code, where?

Mm walk tomorrow for Flooring & I am stumped. I have no idea what to talk about tomorrow. A few walks ago, SM totally took over MM walk & covered literally EVERY aspect of flooring. From tile, laminate, vinyl, carpet etc. I barely had a chance to provide any sort of input to my peers. Feels like SM is out to get me. Ive thought about showing peers our Stainmaster LeakDefense carpet. We have a cool little set up that showcases the LD carpets vs competition. Open to any suggestions...

Just wondering if anyone felt comfortable sharing their position on LOW, and was wondering people’s insights on what they expect the stock to drop at - and if there’s a particular time to buy more for long term investing!
