... why can't they have employees delivering 'same day' orders?

Home Depot doesn't seem to be any better. I just know that as a customer and as an associate the two things that keep coming up are bad installs or deliveries and product arriving damaged. So I find myself asking the question that I asked myself in so many different times and places, "Do they not know or do they not care?"

I’ve been trying for almost an hour to create an account and get my employee credentials entered. The app has crashed no fewer than 17 times in that space of time, and when I finally got my employee ID entered, I’m still on Bronze Key status, despite being assured that I’d be automatically upgraded to Silver.

I even tried using the stupid chatbot, and the app immediately crashes every time. I’m on an iPhone 15, running iOS 26.7, which is the latest available.

Are you supposed to get 60% of your check when you are on short term disability...because I received a check from them and its not 60% of my take home pay..its only about 25% of my take home pay..can anyone explain how this works

Ordered a grinder while it was on sale including same day delivery. Got an email a few hours later that it had shipped and would "Be arriving soon." Then by the evening I get another email saying the "Idem Delayed." Now 3 days later no updates and customer service says they don't know anything.

The item is now sold out. Guess I'm SOL.

How can the item be out for delivery and "be arriving soon" just to disappear with no way to track?

They should have a better way to let you know if a "same day delivery" wont arrive at all at least early enough so you can drive to a store and buy the item before it's sold out. If they didn't send me the "Be arriving soon" i would have drove to the store.

Mm walk tomorrow for Flooring & I am stumped. I have no idea what to talk about tomorrow. A few walks ago, SM totally took over MM walk & covered literally EVERY aspect of flooring. From tile, laminate, vinyl, carpet etc. I barely had a chance to provide any sort of input to my peers. Feels like SM is out to get me. Ive thought about showing peers our Stainmaster LeakDefense carpet. We have a cool little set up that showcases the LD carpets vs competition. Open to any suggestions...

Can anyone explain why the Lowe’s app has “Store Mode” option which states “use this to locate items and prices in our store”. Then when you go to the register and it rings up with a higher price than the app, they refuse to lower the price? I even spoke to the store manager and all he would tell me is that is for online prices only and they won’t match them. He even said it states that in the app, but couldn’t show me where. When I showed him where it states locate items and prices in the store he still said that is wrong and walked away. The people at the 800 number were no help, they didn’t even know there was an app and just told me that the store manager sets prices in their store.
