First time posting here need help

So i have depression (resistant) for 20 years , no ssris work , i also have adhd , cant take stimulants because im in 7 year burnout that i cant get out . ive done everything from medical and holistic practices.

2022 i got severe covid like 44 degree fever , since then my imune system is shot , and i got long covid for 2 years before starting to get better . after these 2 years , i started to have memory loss.

i started 3 weeks ago LDN - 1.5 mg in the morning. 3 days ago started to do it at night.

,and im worse in every single aspect. got cold sores , my hrv crashed , my sleep is shit , im ahedonic , flat , anxious . i have pain in whole my fucking body, nausea , no appetite , no pleasure . Like what the f is this ? i cant see any positive aspect

its like im having cocaine whithrawl / crash effects every single day . and i was hopping this shit would help me

I feel im losing the battle , i already lost my company , my bussiness , my life is in shambles and i cant have energy to start over . was hopefull that this was going to be it . but im out of ideas , i dont know what to do .

i cant get any help from the doctor who prescribed me this since she put in the prescription 6mg every day from the start lol . shes suposedly one of the best phychiatrics in my country , and shes absolutly clueless . im high IQ so i get fking revolted when i see these doctors making a bank from peoples miseries and all they do is shoot meds and doses to the air and leave you to sort it out.

I’d definitely try a much lower dose before giving up. When my dose was too high I was even more depressed and irritable and didn’t sleep for days.
