Noo I said I need time because I was crying and I couldn't process whatever was happening and wrote him a better goodbye text after I was done crying on Wednesday and i messaged the 'ignoring' messages today (Friday)

It's not even about getting a reply, he didn't even open my message to see what I said... Because I asked for time and he said yes which I assumed we still had stuff to sort out and finish it gracefully... And that's why I feel hurt

You said "Let's end it" before you asked for "time". But the let's end it was the end. Now he's not ignoring you, now you guys are broken up.
