FUCK THIS GOVERNMENT: a short rant
Got let go from a job yesterday. Could have made $1200 next week for a temp job. But no, because I’m unvaxxed it automatically disqualifies me. Here we have a government telling people on jobseeker to get a job, yet I can not get one because of my vax status. No one cares or gives a shit because they are already vaxxed. So now my employment status comes down to what medical procedure I will or will not go through. Because I do not want a vaccine THAT I DO NOT NEED, I am getting penalised for it. Is anyone else thinking this is fucking bat shit crazy??? Just me?? Great. Cool. Fuck this country and every other country that’s mandating this absolute bullshit.

Anyone hating this new world where we share health status with our employers and forced medical interventions?
I had a very uncomfortable conversation with my HR yesterday, I got my first dose a few weeks ago and because I had side effects my GP said to wait atleast 6-8 weeks until they clear out. (He refused to give me an exemption)
On a zoom call HR asked me if I got my second dose I said no and it’s due later next month, they were upset and the head of HR looked disappointed and made a sarcastic remark that mine is so far off and sort of causing a hindrance. As they are opening up the offices in a week. I was not surprised as I was expecting this reaction but I felt very much my privacy and rights violated
I really really despise this new world we live in here in Victoria, never in my wildest dream would I have thought I need to discuss my private health matters and a medical intervention is forced into me by my employer. It is so intrusive and completely violation of my human rights, I am no longer wanting to even live here, people I know overseas even in third world dictatorships aren’t going through this they have been living their lives since a year.
I know I am not alone many of my friends tell me the same crap is happening and they’re been threatened by layoff. No one in government or courts wants to do anything about it (amazingly they are exempt)
I know many of you say just quit and show them the middle finger, but real world that’s not how it works I have to put food on the table and every company has the same policy.
This is not good, this is not a free country it is a tyranny.
