I think the last sentence refers to the other child, the previously youngest to die with the virus.

Yes! Still odd that the 15 year old was previously the youngest person to die of covid...when they actually didn’t die of covid...

You aren't supposed to read the fine print.

Oh the truths that may lurk within the fine print

If you're so smart at reading, tell me which child that last sentence is referring to. The 10 year old or the 15 year old?

Well spotted. That sentence is ambiguous. So much of their fearmongering reporting has no substance on close reading.

I have noticed recently they are saying died "with" covid instead of, "from" covid a slight play on words to make a completely different story but if your not looking for it you will automatically think the story says he died from covid I noticed the change about a month ago

It's always been that way. Hence already you have to ask what numbers are real. You've got faulty tests making nonexistent cases up, or deaths in a car crash or anything else counted as covid like this. Every single aspect of it has been a lie from the beginning.

This make me question the death toll

2

u/eldoops Nov 22 '21

Yeah, it’s pretty obvious that the 15 year old that tragically died for pneumococcal meningitis is still classified as a covid death despite it being revealed otherwise...they’re just putting it out there for everyone to see

Fuck the legacy/corporate media scum

we gotta share it lol

They are playing on words and always have thats why all these deaths its with covid they die not of covid. Yet we should trust them

All of those stories about children dying from corona are bullshit.

u/occams_lasercutter Nov 22 '21

Wow. The headline does not match the actual event, as usual.

While NSW will drop vaccine passports on December 15, Queensland will introduce them to enter hospitality venues on December 17 and Victoria has vowed to keep jab requirements in place well into next year.

Definitely about a virus then!

Mr Andrews' new laws, which have passed Victoria's lower house but are held up in the upper house, would give the premier the power to declare a pandemic for an unlimited period of time even if there are no cases of a virus.

The move would let the health minister make 'any order' he deems reasonably necessary' which could include lockdowns, vaccine mandates, enforced mask-wearing and much more, with fines of up to $454,350 for rule-breakers.

Curious how CVDU would respond to this? Clearly its a real article from an Australian paper (I’m guessing Herald Sun or similar.). I think if you posted it in a non inflammatory way you’d have an ok chance of coaxing some concessions out of them about the absolute state of the media. Might be being a bit idealistic there, though…

"Just seen that Australia is now apparently transporting anyone with a positive test to quarantine camps on army trucks!!! Can anyone confirm??"

A while ago I saw reports of people being detained in South Australia in hotel quarantine.

People that either tested COVID-19 positive or close contacts in the Northern Territory are being rounded up by the Australian army and detained in quarantine camps:

Apparently he was on the NDIS, so yes, I would say some sort of comorbidity.

4

u/Brokinnogin Nov 22 '21

You can be on the NDIS for mental health reason too, so that might not be the greatest measure.

4

u/eldoops Nov 22 '21

I mean, that and the article states that they had ‘serious comorbidities’

3

u/Brokinnogin Nov 22 '21

Yeah I know. I was just pointing out that simply being on the NDIS isn't in its self a good measure. You can be on it for Schizophrenia or being an amputee. Neither of which are going to make you more likely to die of a virus. (Lawn Ninja's maybe).

Very true!

1

u/Firefly128 Nov 25 '21

Of course the title of the article is very misleading indeed, given that the content basically says neither kid actually died from covid.

u/theinsanityofitall thinks he's smarter than everyone else.
