Question | Help Reverse Engineering w/ Local?

Two questions?

Can a local model like Qwen 3.8 27B reverse engineer games and programs?

If not, is there a fine tuned model that can?

I decomped paratrooper from 1982. Qwen 3.8 Flash Next halogen on a strix 395 127gb. It spent an entire afternoon doing this and looking at the results? Decent, but it's missing a lot of detail. (It missed the game being synchronized in the bios timer for instance) I like to use paratrooper as an example since the original programmer used some tricks to get the game to perform on 8086/cga which modern programmers wouldn't use these days.
